✿ What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

I do not accept exchanges or returns. I also do not give refunds.

 If my order was marked delivered and I did not receive it, can I still get a refund?

Unfortunately, if you have a tracking number and it shows that your order was delivered, i cannot give you a refund. Once the package is shipped, I have no control over it, the USPS does. You can try to file a claim on the USPS website.

 My order arrived broken, what can I do?

 Why does my package say it is still in transit for a while now?

Your package may say it is stuck in transit due to the USPS being short staffed because of the pandemic we are currently facing. Please be patient with the USPS workers!! If almost a month passes and your package  still has not moved, you can claim a "missing package" on the USPS site.

  I wrote my adress wrong, what can I do?

Please email me the right address!! I will fix it quickly

 How do I care for my Polumer Clay Earrings?

PLEASE do not submerge them in water/ get them wet.To clean them, carefully take a washcloth or a wipe and gently pass it along the earrings.

Do NOT try to bend them, throw them, drop them because they can break!!

 How long do you take to ship my items?

I may take up to two weeks to ship an item!! But I usually ship Mondays or Tuesdays. Please check your emails for tracking information.

 Do you ship internationally?

I do not ship internationally for now
